This can be further exaggerated if mud and dust get in between the OS-BASE and the bike. The OS base is provided with foam pads for additional protection and we strongly recommend applying a clear adhesive protective sheet to where abrasion may occur on your motorcycle. The foam pads are easily replaceable if they wear out.
