How to Apply Iron-On Patches 1. Prepare Fabric Wash and dry garment. Suitable fabrics: cotton, denim, polyester blends. Avoid leather, nylon, or waterproof materials. 2. Heat Iron Set iron to cotton/high heat. Do not use steam. 3. Position Patch Place patch adhesive side down. Cover with a thin cloth or pressing cloth. 4. Press Firmly Hold iron in place for 30–40 seconds. Do not move back and forth. 5. Reinforce Back Turn garment inside out. Press again for 20–30 seconds. 6. Cool & Check Allow to cool. If edges lift, repeat pressing. Tip: For extra durability, stitch around the edges after ironing.
