DR650 96′ to current Suzuki DR650 genuine OEM Clutch Plate Inner Steel and Retaining Wire This kit includes one OEM drive plate retaining wire & one OEM inner steel drive plate. If you’ve ever changed the clutch on a DR650 you will be familiar with the extra steel plate at the bottom of the stack that is locked in place by a very thin metal wire. Generally, when you do a clutch replacement on the DR650, you do not need to remove or replace these items. If you do need to (or if you have already) you will come to realize this wire is not very strong and is prone to breaking if not treated with care during the removal / installation process.
