Description Packo Chilli Bite Mix (250g) Perfect for a quick and easy snack! Preparation Instructions: To one cup of Packo Chilli Bite Mix add sufficient water to make a stiff batter, then add one or more of the following to the batter: chopped onions, coarsely chopped lettuce, watercress, chopped spinach or chopped shallots. For a stronger flavour add cayenne pepper or green chillies. Drop a teaspoon of batter into deep, hot oil and fry untill golden brown. Ingredients: Starches (corn & wheat), flours (pea & chic pea), spices (chilli, cumin, fennel, coriander) (irradiated), raising agents, salt. Unopened: Store in a cool dry place.
