The shape of a regular hexagon gives the maximum possible wind resistance from all sides.The shelter has a single T-entrance on a reinforced #5 water repellent YKK Aquaguard zipper. The pyramid tent is designed for 3 people. The area of the internal living space is about 5.85 square meters.Scout Tarp is setting up on a trekking pole in the center. For setup you need minimum 6 pegs. Stakes and poles are not included.Small packed size and volume.Pitching with either SCOUT FULL MESH 3P or SCOUT HALF MESH 1P you get an ultralight frameless two-layer shelter.Seams of the tarp are non-sealed. For sealing the seams we recommend sealant based on silicone. For taller people, we recommend choosing a Plus, Max or Scout shelter. The Biggie and Simple shelters are more comfortable for taller hikers due to their more vertical walls. However, please pay attention that the level of comfort in any shelter depends on your personal comfort zone.NOTE. The sharp ends of the trekking poles should always be covered with tips. Or you can put a soft cloth / equipment under the sharp end of the pole. Do not insert the sharp ends of sticks or posts into the top of the shelter.
