These are really nice cabs without being those super-gem-quality-crazy Rainbow Moonstone cabs. They have a wonderful flash, and the only thing that keeps them from being perfect is that they are more translucent than they are transparent. I did see a nick or a bump (not on the face, just on the edge of the back) on one or two stones, but really not even enough to mention. There may be a slight black spot on one or two of these, but really, they are amazing quality cabs! Having these makes me want to go out & buy a torch – BAD! Alas, I am not the jeweler – you are, so I must live vicariously through the beautiful things you will make with these! The stones in the image are the stones you will receive. Moonstone is an alternate birthstone for June, and Hindu lore says that the radiant shimmer of moonstone is from captured moonbeams in the stone. Dreamy, eh?
