Description This strand of Multicolor Sapphire beads is: Quantity: One 14″ Strand (about 246 beads) Shape: Faceted 3D Tear Drop Briolettes Size: approx 3x4mm (teeny drops) Weight: 54ct Quality: I’m going to call this Sapphire about an AA grade. Sapphire is graded (in part) on its clarity, and these are really quite amazing – they are generally transparent with visible inclusions (if you can see stuff that small!), which really surprised me! I didn’t expect this quality at this price point! There are a few dings here and there on a couple of stones, and the cut is not uniform – although they are very consistent in appearance, they are not calibrated. The color is vibrant although variegated on the strand with a gradient in each color. I am really pleased with this strand, they range from pretty good to spectacular. The cut is flashy and good, the color is not that washed out color that you sometimes find in this kind of multicolor sapphire, the size is teeny and delicate, and they are more consistent than I would expect for hand-cut stones. Overall I’m really quite impressed! There are a zillion very happy looking stones on this strand! The beads in the image are the beads you’ll receive.
