They arrived safe and sound in estimated terms the only flaw was that they got bent in part that connects the cups of the muffs on a very unsettling angle while being shipped but it got fixed quickly in few first days or wearing. They are very fluffy and look a bit like oversize on my head which is honestly a plus because it adds to their overall cuteness. What I found really useful but didn’t see people here writing about is that you can take off the fur part of the cup which means you can eventually wash the puffy pillow that contacts your ears the most or get it changed/reduce the amount of puff inside it.
