The product matches the pictures. The quality is pretty satisfying. The fur comes off a bit easily when brushed but nothing major. It’s really soft. The ears come off the headband so it’s easy to clean and they are also ajustable along the headband, so they’re versatile. Wore it for a full day and didn’t hurt at all due to the silicone piece at the end. Came a bit flatten in the mail but it’s easy to solve with a brush and a bit of patience to give them some shape.
