FENFABrication “Diffy Stiffy” Brace For 2020 Ford Explorer

Some of the 2020 Explorer ST’s have the differential mounted to the subframe with one single Bolt. For most this is enough, however hard launches and hard shifts from sporty driving all put enormous strain on the single stud —  sometimes leading to failure. This also works with differentials that have 2 bolts as additional support. The FENFAB Diffy Stiffy Brace provides needed additional support with a simple install. This extra support reduces strain on the differential cover and bolt while also simultaneously aiding in the reduction of wheel hop and driveline slop.
