Return and Refund Policy
Our return/refund policy covers only defective items. We will only return/replace/refund your order if it is damaged. Please make sure you order the correct size, we recommend checking the size charts on each product page.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello[at]brotbackautomaten-test.de. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for sending the item back to us, if necessary. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For any damaged product, manufacturing, or shipping error on our side, we offer a free replacement if you contact us within 30 days of the purchase. For sizing defects, the difference between the item’s measurements and the ones stated on the size chart in the product page must be over the 1.5 inch tolerance to qualify as defective. We will request pictures to verify the defects.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your pictures, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
